ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIVE MEASURES HAVE BEEN INTRODUCED IN UFSIN OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN THE TVER REGION SINCE JANUARY 25, 2022

In order to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) among suspects, accused and convicted persons, as well as employees of institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Tver region the Acting Chief State Sanitary Doctor - Head of the branch of the Central State Sanitary Inspectorate of FKUZ MSCh-69 FSIN of Russia issued a resolution to introduce additional sanitary and antiepidemic (preventive) measures to counteract the spread of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Tver region.

Since 26.01.2022 and until a special order in the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Tver region long and short-term visits are suspended, except for visits with attorneys, advocates and other persons who have the right to provide legal assistance. Visits provided to inmates until 26.01.2022 will be completed in accordance with the established procedure.

Visits of suspects, accused and convicted persons with lawyers, attorneys and other persons entitled to legal assistance shall be provided in the rooms of short-term visitation rooms with glass, using personal protection equipment (masks, gloves) by all participants of the visit.

Since 25.01.2022 reception of citizens on personal matters by the management of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Tver region and subordinate institutions was suspended. Citizens are advised to apply in writing, by phone or by e-mail. It is also possible to leave an appeal in the section «Internet reception» on the official website of UFSIN of the Russian Federation.

The institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Tver region continue to restrict the admission of visitors with elevated body temperature. The access to the territory of the institution is strictly with the use of personal protective equipment (masks, gloves).

The cancellation of the restrictive measures will be announced additionally, including on the official website of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Tver region.
