UFSIN OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN ALTAI KRAI REPORTS:

In order to prevent the spread of the disease among suspects, accused and convicted persons, as well as employees of the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation, the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of MSCh-22 of FSIN of Russia issued a resolution «On the introduction of additional sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures aimed at preventing the emergence and spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) ».

In accordance with the decree, the provision of long and short-term visits to relatives with convicts, suspects and accused persons was suspended from 02.07.2021 and until special instructions in the institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation for Altai Krai.

Meetings of suspects, accused and convicted persons with lawyers, attorneys and other persons entitled to legal assistance shall be provided through the glass in compliance with the requirements of personal protection (mask, gloves). Persons with signs of acute respiratory disease and (or) with increased body temperature are not allowed in the institutions.

Also, the reception of citizens on personal matters is suspended. There is an online reception area on the website of UFSIN of the Russian Federation for Altai Krai.

We ask relatives of suspects, accused and convicted persons to treat with understanding to the introduction of restrictive measures. Their cancellation will be announced additionally, including on the official website of UFSIN of the Russian Federation for Altai Krai.
