In accordance with the order of the Governor of the Amur Region No. 129-r dated July 13, 2021 and the decision of the operational headquarters at the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Amur Region, in order to minimize the risk of the emergence and spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), the personal reception of citizens has been temporarily suspended.
