UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan reminds:

In order to prevent the spread of the disease among suspects, accused and convicted persons, as well as employees of the penal and correctional system of the Russian Federation, the Chief State Sanitary Doctor, Head of the Branch of the Central State Sanitary Inspection of FKUZ of MSCh-16 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia issued decrees of 29.06.2021 № 53, from 24.11.2020 № 94 «On additional measures to ensure sanitary-epidemiological well-being in institutions of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan and to combat the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19)».

Since 01.07.2021 and until a special order in correctional institutions and pre-trial detention facilities of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan the provision of long-term visits has been suspended. Short-term visits are carried out strictly in rooms with delimiting glass and with the use of personal protective equipment. Meetings are transferred to remote mode in the format of video conferencing, there is a restriction on holding public events, business, sports, cultural, entertainment, training and methodological training, control and testing sessions, scheduled training sessions.

The reception of parcels is suspended in correctional institutions and pre-trial detention facilities of UFSIN of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan until a special order. Parcels are accepted through the postal service of the Russian Post.

Receiving packages is carried out strictly with the use of personal skin and respiratory system protection (masks, gloves), with the observance of the multiplicity and timing of the use of personal protective equipment. The packages of parcels are disinfected using disinfectants in concentrations effective against viral infections, and the air in the parcels reception room and the surfaces of the parcels are disinfected with bactericidal irradiators.

We ask relatives of suspects, accused and convicted persons to treat with understanding to the introduction of a number of restrictive measures.
